Sim Chong Yen is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia (CA(M)). Prior to joining 8Finity Group, he was involved in the audit and tax for private sector organizations in various industries, which include trading, manufacturing, construction & etc. Besides, he was also engaged in marketing, project implementing & training in helping accounting & audit firms to enhance efficiency & productivity.

Hermes Lee has experience in the accounting and professional services industry across Singapore and Malaysia, with a background in accounting, audit, tax and business advisory.

At 8Finity Group, he focuses on marketing, business development and strategic projects, working closely with professional teams to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency and productivity through technology and process improvements.

With a combination of accounting knowledge, professional services experience and business development expertise, Hermes supports the Group in strengthening its market presence and developing long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

Julia is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA). She has more than 8 years of experience and expertise in taxation serving local as well as multinational companies based in the Asia Pacific. She specialises in tax planning, tax advisory and tax compliance work for both companies and individuals.

Mr Tan is a practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA). He is also the fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA). He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of assurance and advisory. Prior to setting up his own practise, he had worked for two international Public Accountants firms and local Chartered Accountants firms for more than a decade. His portfolio of audit assignments ranges from emerging smaller business to public listed companies, multinationals, statutory boards and non-profit organisations. Some of the industries he covered are trading, shipping and logistics, manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, IT, F&B, pawnbroking, Town Councils, and electrical engineering.

In addition to audit responsibilities, he has also been involved in other ad-hoc projects such as Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and providing due diligence review for clients making significant investment acquisitions.

Helen is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA).

She has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of accounting and company secretary with international accounting firms and local chartered accountants firms. She specialises in compliance with ACRA, company incorporation and company secretarial matters.

Belle is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). She is also a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA).

She has over 10 years of experience in auditing and advisory servicing local and multinational companies in the industries of manufacturing, trading, engineering, construction, IT development, F&B, logistics, investment holding, services and retail industries.

Belle has also been involved in other ad-hoc projects such as providing due diligence review for clients making significant investment acquisitions.

Sheryl has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of accounting and auditing with international accounting firms and local chartered accountants firms. Her portfolio of clients include retail, services, construction, IT, F&B, trading, manufacturing, multinational companies and co-operatives.

Sheryl graduated from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA) and she is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore (ISCA).

Chew Tong is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax)of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals Limited.

He has more than 20 years of experience and expertise in taxation serving local as well as multinational companies based in Asia Pacific, Europe and United States.

He specialises in tax planning, tax advisory and tax compliance work for both companies and individuals.

Fylix had previously worked in a medium-sized business development firm before joining 8Finity. He has more than 10 years of business development.

His extensive experience covers a wide spectrum of industries which include accounting firm, trading, engineering, construction, IT development, F&B, logistics, services and retail industries.

May has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of business admin with international accounting firms and local chartered accountant firms.
