Located in the centre of South-East Asia and beside Singapore. Having relatively low business operating cost as compared to Singapore. With the national population of 32 million and foreign labour workforce from other South-East Asia countries, manpower is always not an issue.

Malaysia government attracts investors by implementing various tax and special incentives, for example, pioneer status, investment tax allowance, reinvestment allowance and etc.

In the encouragement of import and export business activities, Malaysia companies are able to enjoy duty-free trade through free ports, i.e. Pasir Gudang, Port Klang, Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Port of Tanjung Pelepas and Bayan Lepas.
